Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at The Telegraph. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and working across all areas of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to achieve our goals
  • Support the sous chefs and head chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. You should also be passionate about fresh food cookery and have a strong attention to detail.
