We are seeking a Project Engineer - Oil & Gas based in our Lomondgate location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical specification and design for complex offshore applications.
  • Plan and manage 3rd party and FAT inspections, liaising with internal and external personnel.
  • Perform offshore tasks, including installation, commissioning, watchkeeping, breakdowns, and surveys.
  • Support Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) regarding offshore safety issues.
  • Strive to continuously improve service delivery and quality for Aggreko power products.
  • Allocate plant to meet contract requirements.
  • Act as a single point of contact for project duration and manage project expectations.
  • Plan work in conjunction with project leads and communicate progress versus key project milestones.
  • Assist in site design according to Aggreko installation and commissioning standards.
  • Create thorough and accurate bills of materials (BoM) and support sales, procurement, and engineering teams.
  • Assist the Major projects team with other reasonable duties as needed.
  • Adhere to relevant quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements:

  • A City and Guilds/ONC level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and experience with the installation, commissioning, and watchkeeping of offshore equipment packages.
  • A full, clean, and valid driving license and ability to work out of hours as needed.
  • Good level of PC literacy, including basic MS Office applications.
