**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective wellbeing interventions for students facing mental health and welfare issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of student referrals, progress updates, and communication with external agencies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs focused on safeguarding and mental health awareness.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a safeguarding or mental health role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and colleagues alike.
