Salary and Benefits
Upto £37,000 per annum, including standby pay for on-call rota. Job Description:
In this role, you will perform reactive maintenance on plumbing, mechanical systems, HVAC units, and building fabric. You will also carry out PPM tasks according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults in plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC units. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues. You will maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out and coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow. Furthermore, you will participate in an on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks) to provide emergency maintenance support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential qualifications include NVQ 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification. Desirable qualifications include additional mechanical qualifications, such as City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC certifications, or equivalent. You must have proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical maintenance, HVAC, and building fabric maintenance is required. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to manage workload efficiently are essential.
