IT Helpdesk Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide short-term support to our clients in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Support, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Technician role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met
  • Escalate tickets when necessary and provide reports on ticket activity
  • Create IT guides on various systems

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory, and be happy to work in the Cambridge office 5 days a week. This is a great opportunity to get back into work, build on your current skills and experience, and potentially extend your contract.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Available to start immediately
