IT Helpdesk Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to manage the ticketing system, escalate tickets when necessary, and provide reports on tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met
  • Escalate tickets when necessary
  • Provide reports on tickets
  • Create IT guides on various systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year IT Support experience
  • Knowledge around Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Happy to work in the Cambridge office 5 days per week
  • Available immediately
