We are seeking a highly skilled Tyre Performance Engineer to join our team at the new Silverstone Facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the race team in tyre performance optimisation at each event, both at the track and from the factory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the race team in tyre performance optimisation and tyre management during the event.
  • Develop and maintain department administration and reporting procedures.
  • Assist with tyre testing activities and tyre model correlation.
  • Look at future years for expected tyre performance and behaviour.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of physics and math relating to high performance vehicles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with minimal errors.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in performing data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualisation, using Python, R, or equivalent.
