About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chef to join our team at Peninsula Care Homes Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality meals that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious, well-balanced meals for our residents, taking into account their dietary requirements and preferences.
- Lead and work with the catering team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Organize and manage kitchen resources, including inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the care team to understand the needs of our residents and provide meals that meet their individual requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and kitchen operations.
