Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Redwing Bar and diner, a bustling destination family run free house restaurant. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
This can be a live in position with a self-contained one bedroom flat.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's vision and brand.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of menu development and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
