We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Redwing Bar and diner, a bustling destination family run free house restaurant. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

This can be a live in position with a self-contained one bedroom flat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's vision and brand.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a high-volume restaurant environment.
