Cranleigh STEM is committed to fostering a safe and compliant workplace, and we are seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and advance the HSE strategy of the business, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Conduct risk assessments and regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Deliver HSE training and induction programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance.
  • Monitor and review HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate HSE considerations into business operations and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with NEBOSH and other relevant safety certifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices.
  • Provide advice and support to management on all HSE matters.
  • Successfully develop and drive the HSE strategy forward, aligning it with business goals.
  • Achieve a reduction in workplace incidents and accidents through proactive HSE management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH qualified.
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in using HSE management software and Microsoft Office applications.
