As a Repairs Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Repairs Surveyor in delivering efficient maintenance services. This will involve diagnosing maintenance requirements, ensuring high-quality and Health and Safety compliant works, and escalating contract management performance issues.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. You will be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and managing maintenance requirements for tenanted and void properties
* Ensuring quality and Health and Safety compliance in all works
* Collaborating with the Senior Repairs Surveyor to deliver efficient maintenance services
* Escalating any contract management performance issues

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of building and Health and Safety regulations
* Proven experience in maintenance and repair coordination
* Excellent communication and customer care skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
