Audio-Visual Resource Planner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual Resource Planner to join our team at CV Library. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding Audio-Visual company based in Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan the effective utilisation of the installation and service workforce, including manpower forecasting, scheduling, and deployment.
  2. Communicate with the engineering team to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Resource and schedule sub-contractors to meet project demands.
  4. Arrange travel and accommodation for engineering staff as needed.
  5. Monitor and identify cost savings and efficiencies opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with IMS and Quality Policy requirements and contribute to their development.
  7. Support the project management team in effective resourcing and planning.
  8. Submit engineers' timesheets for review and reporting.
Requirements:

  3. Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility.
  4. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
