Swimming Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Serco. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that meet the needs of our customers
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Hold a valid STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
• Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Be able to hold a DBS check
