About the Role

Cera is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to oversee the company's Investor Relations and Corporate Finance practices. This is a critical role in maintaining Cera's investor relations strategy as the company continues to experience significant growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have leadership level experience working across teams to spearhead strategic initiatives and a laser focus on business priorities. They will be pivotal in leveraging external audiences, both current and potential investors, and wider stakeholders to help achieve Cera's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Cera's due diligence processes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with internal teams to drive strategic priorities and ensure cross-team goals are prioritised.
  • Fostering strong relationships with Cera's internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication with investors, the Board, and Advisory Board.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform investor relations strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Healthtech experience and knowledge of the health and social care sector.
  • Previous Investor Relations roles or experience working with high-growth companies.
