We are seeking a results-driven individual to lead our asset management efforts at Withintelligence, a leading global events company.

Job Description

The Head of Asset Management will be responsible for creating the audience acquisition strategy for all events, ensuring quality and quantity metrics are achieved. This includes developing a key account approach to allocator relationships, ensuring all portfolios benefit from rockstar speakers and high-quality attendees.

$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including 24 days annual leave, enhanced parental leave, medicash, wellness days, flexible Fridays, birthday day off, employee assistance program, travel loan scheme, charity days, breakfast provided, and social events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure investor relations source best-in-class speakers for our events, helping to make our summits must-attend.
  • Develop sponsorship demand gen strategy.
  • Create compelling messages that effectively articulate our event propositions to our audiences.
  • Develop the event social media strategy to generate awareness and demand.
  • Develop the strategy around event partner acquisition and management as a means to widen our reach and amplify our brand.
  • Lead on the data plan to ensure prospect and customer data is up to date and relevant.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing marketing and investor relations teams, ensuring high standards of delivery are met and maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in investor relations and marketing in a similar environment.
  • Solid understanding of asset management/experience working in the sector.
  • Seasoned people manager with experience of managing senior team leaders.
  • Experience of bringing teams together and fostering collaborative working practices.
  • Proven ability to manage change and bring people on the journey.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task.
  • Numerate and commercially aware.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who is passionate, energetic, and inquisitive.
