Master Mixologist

We are seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to lead our team at Park Plaza London Riverbank. With a salary of £29,203 per annum plus generous service charge, this role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly motivated individual who can inspire their team with a passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service. As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for leading a large team in a high-performance operation, inspiring and coaching Bartenders and Barbacks, and leading by example to enthuse your team.

You will work in shifts on the Rota basis, including closing shifts, and share our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care. If you have experience leading a team in a hotel/restaurant environment and have worked previously as a Bar Team Leader / Bar Supervisor or Senior/Head Bartender, we would like to hear from you.

• Salary: £29,203 per annum plus generous service charge
