Salary

Job Description

\

As our Head Mixologist, you will lead the bar team, create exceptional cocktails, and ensure seamless service. Your role involves developing the beverage strategy, training staff, and maintaining high standards. You will work closely with the Director of Bars and Restaurants to drive success and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment\
  • Strong leadership and communication skills\
  • Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and Food & Beverage systems\
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism\
