About the Role

This company, a leading provider of facilities management and housing maintenance services, is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join their team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of comprehensive facilities management and housing maintenance services to the UK Ministry of Defence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that maintenance and response works are carried out in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as Health and Safety and Environmental standards.
  • Supervise Supply Chain teams to ensure they have the necessary qualifications, equipment, and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, value for money, and safety, and ensure that performance indicators are met.
  • Review and coordinate Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Record and manage tasks in the CAFM system to ensure timely documentation and accurate tracking of maintenance activities.
  • Review site risk registers, follow maintenance processes, and report equipment defects to ensure that all necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Service Publications and work closely with the Mobile Authorised Persons team to ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Manage Asbestos and Legionella responsibilities, including compliance with respective management plans, to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Oversee full project management for M&E/B&CE tasks, including financial and commercial aspects, to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
