Associate Chief for Advanced Clinical Practice

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Chief for Advanced Clinical Practice to join our team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and work strategically to develop and lead the implementation of an Advanced Practice strategy. This role requires extensive clinical experience, a Master's degree in Advanced Practice, and registration with the NMC or HCPC.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of the Advanced Practice strategy and workforce plan for the CNO.
- Work independently at a senior ACP level in the direct delivery of high-quality care within their own specialist field, making critical clinical decisions based on advanced clinical skills assessment.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the Trust at external and internal strategy level meetings.
- Lead, enable, and facilitate change promoting innovative ways of working that are patient-centred.
- Clinical Professional Registration
- Masters level in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Non-medical Prescriber
- Teaching and Assessing practice
- Evidence of formal management/leadership training
