We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Approved Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Team in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
The role involves working as part of a community team, completing assessments under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and the Mental Health Act 1983.
Responsibilities include holding a caseload and completing a mixture of planned and urgent Mental Health Act assessments.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
- Practising as an AMHP
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Social Work England registration
- Evidence of managing with a complex caseload
