Job Opportunity: Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking an experienced senior practitioner to work alongside our Room Leader in the Baby Unit of our large and busy setting in central Leatherhead. The successful candidate will support and oversee the very large and busy room, working a 4.5 day week with a salary of approximately £27,000 and lovely benefits.

Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • At least 2 years of previous experience working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and supporting teams
  • The ability to inspire, energise, and support others
  • A genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
