About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest clinical standards and practices in accordance with accepted good medical practice and service standards.
  • Promote the health and well-being of all medical and clinical staff within the practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in medicine and practices in line with national and local guidance and support other medical and clinical staff to do the same.
  • Promote the application of standards, protocols, and codes of practice as set by the Royal College of General Practitioners, General Medical Council, and other relevant organizations.
  • Provide clinical advice and guidance to all practitioners caring for patients of Walk-in Health Centre.
  • Demonstrate innovation in the development of practice strategy and policy.
  • Ensure adequate and appropriate supervision and mentoring for salaried GPs working in the service.
  • Ensure effective lines of communication with practice staff and patients, local stakeholders, regulators, and commissioners.

You will be on the performers list and have full GMC registration. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how working in a Primary Care setting differs from hospital and have the ability to diagnose and assess the healthcare needs of patients.

  • Full GMC Registration, MBChB or equivalent
  • UK permit or right to work in the UK
  • MRCGP

  • Ability to make good clear concise medical notes, both computerized and manual
