Theatre Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our theatre team as a customer-facing ambassador. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our guests, from arrival to departure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling tickets, concessions, and merchandise
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Working as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
