About the Job:

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have additional needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically and socially. The role involves providing individualized support to pupils with SEND, collaborating with staff and parents, and contributing to their educational and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to pupils with SEND in a one-on-one or small group setting.
  • Assisting children's social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Collaborating with staff and parents to ensure pupils receive the best possible care and support.
