About the Role

We are seeking a talented E-commerce and Marketing Executive to join our ambitious e-commerce expansion journey. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Head of Direct E-Commerce to drive growth of sales across a range of branded B2C websites in the Housewares & Electricals market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute monthly sales and content activity plans for a portfolio of branded websites.
  • Manage the execution of monthly plans, including product promotional activity and content activity for the branded websites.
  • Work alongside in-house teams and digital agencies to develop monthly acquisition plans for the portfolio of branded websites.
  • Oversee the execution of monthly acquisition plans, including PPC, affiliate, and email marketing activities for the branded websites.
  • Maximise sales conversion on branded websites through CRO initiatives and optimising on-site UX.
  • Run on-site SEO projects to drive search rank targets against priority search words and phrases.
  • Ensure product content for all new product launches meets the required standard.
  • Provide monthly performance reports on website operations based on agreed KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience of executing Digital Marketing strategies for B2C websites.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce Merchandising, PPC, affiliate, and email marketing, SEO, and Conversion Optimisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage budgets to achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data validation.
  • Experience of working with web platforms such as Shopify or Woo Commerce.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing activities such as PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
