The successful candidate will develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, utilizing their excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective educational programs to meet student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality educational support
  • Provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents as needed
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with students
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
