About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise to design, build, and deploy automation solutions that streamline our processes and enhance customer experience. Your ability to debug complex issues and mentor junior engineers will be invaluable in driving our automation development forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of automation tools and frameworks
  • Debug failing tests to improve automation tool quality
  • Conduct code reviews to enhance code quality and optimization
  • Assist in monitoring and maintenance of critical systems
  • Mentor junior engineers in automation best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation systems
  • 3+ years of programming experience with Python
  • 2+ years of experience developing test plans and test cases
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Expert-level debugging skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with remote teams
