About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide education and training to junior staff and students
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with a qualification in neonatal speciality
  • ANNP qualification or Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Registered non-medical prescriber
  • Experience in leadership and management
  • Awareness of research and evidence-based practice in the clinical setting
