Job Opportunity: Registered General Nurses (RGNs) in Essex

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality care for older adults and those at the end of life in our care homes in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care that meets the needs of our residents.
  • Identify and implement best practices in the care of older adults and end-of-life patients.
  • Lead and manage staff within a care home setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the NMC.
  • Training in End of Life Care, Syringe Drivers, and PEG Feeds.
  • A valid driver's license (preferred).

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Enhanced DBS and relevant training certificates.
