About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Treetops, a high-dependency residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all people supported
  • Conduct assessments, administer medication, and implement and evaluate care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide person-centred, flexible care
