About the Role

Oxford University's Gardens, Libraries, and Museums (GLAM) is seeking a skilled Communications Officer to support internal and external communications across the Division. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will play a vital role in promoting the work of GLAM and our institutions to both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and deliver day-to-day communication activities within the GLAM Division
  • Plan and deliver all internal communications activity, from producing newsletters to coordinating briefing events
  • Support external communications, from developing content for the GLAM website to producing reports and evaluating activity
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the Gardens, Libraries and Museums and the wider University

About You

We are looking for an experienced communications professional with a strong background in content production, internal communications, digital communications, and events management. You will have excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a complex environment and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
