About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing all aspects of diagnostic radiology services, including CT, MRI, Plain Film, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound. An interest in urology imaging and competency in interventional radiology procedures (non-vascular) is essential.
The role may also involve providing diagnostic reports at community hospitals and CDC sites. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for learning and training to expand your skillset.
Main Responsibilities- Provision of diagnostic radiology services at Blackpool Teaching Hospital
- Urology imaging and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures
- Diagnostic reporting at community hospitals and CDC sites (as required)
- Distinctions, scholarships, or prizes in medical field
- MRCP qualification
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and take responsibility for tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
