The successful applicant will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN or early years settings.">
  • A valid TA qualification and relevant subject knowledge.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to manage challenging behaviors and create a productive learning environment.">
  • Familiarity with EHCP or IEPs and willingness to learn.">
