Job Description

We are seeking a confident and experienced teaching assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) or early years settings. You will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Experience: Working with young people, especially those with SEN or early years settings.">
  • Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification (TA), BSc Hons (QTS), CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3.">
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with challenging behaviours, creative and proactive supporting style, knowledge of EHCP or IEPs.">

Additional Information

This role is a temporary, term-time only position with potential for permanence based on performance and match to the school. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30 pm.
