Job Opportunity at Thorn Baker Construction

We are seeking a skilled Groundwork Specialist to join our team in Hampshire. As a Groundwork Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of construction sites, including excavation, drainage, and foundation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the excavation and preparation of construction sites
  • Operate heavy machinery, including 360 drivers and dumpers
  • Conduct groundwork activities, including trench digging and drainage work
  • Work collaboratively with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card and Banksmans card
  • Experience in groundwork activities, including excavation and drainage work
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery, including 360 drivers and dumpers
