Job Title: Groundworks Estimator

Our client, a specialist Groundwork Contractor, is seeking an experienced Groundworks Estimator to support their continued growth targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing civils and groundworks tenders for projects up to £20m in value, including:

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake site visits and risk analysis
• Take-off and measurement using 2D & 3D software
• Obtain supplier & subcontractor quotations
• Prepare costed bill of quantities using estimating software
• Prepare tender adjudication and submission documents for review by the Managing Estimator
