Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as the Director of People. This is a key role within Relation Therapeutics Limited, a pioneering biotech company based in London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with company objectives, encompassing people planning, budgeting, compensation, and organisational design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to enhance manager and team performance.
  • Participate in company-wide culture initiatives, such as our Culture Colony, Best Place to Work goals, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee.
Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations. Your expertise should include comprehensive talent management skills, HR systems, tools, platforms, PEO frameworks, and benefit options. Knowledge of compensation planning methodologies & philosophies, including startup equity, options, and market practices, is highly valued.

You will be a natural leader and strategic people operator, capable of thoughtfully and collaboratively crafting HR functions that support both onsite and remote teams. You should have high emotional intelligence and great judgement, adapting your approach according to what is best for the team and culture. You enjoy building things and have a growth mindset, empowering each team member to do their best work and develop to their highest potential.

Compensation Package:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and access to cutting-edge technology.
