Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and management to our registered nurses and care teams in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality clinical service for patients, coaching and developing clinician staff, and contributing to the development and review of clinical protocols.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and management to our registered nurses and care teams
  • Coaching and developing clinician staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care
  • Contributing to the development and review of clinical protocols to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
  • Working closely with partners to maintain a robust and high-quality clinical service for patients
  • Modeling a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication, and competence
