Supporting Young Minds in Education

We are a leading education recruitment agency, passionate about providing exceptional support to students with special educational needs (SEN). As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to support students aged 11-18 with SEMH needs, including anxiety and depression, in a secondary school setting in North London.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH needs, including anxiety and depression.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and deliver individualized support plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of supporting students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An understanding of SEMH and ASD principles.
What We Offer:
- A competitive rate of pay, £80-100 per day.
