**Role Overview**

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Richmond. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of children, working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

Key Tasks:

  1. Contribute to the planning and delivery of effective learning experiences that cater to the needs of diverse young learners.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to ensure a safe and supportive environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children.
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's progress through regular observation and assessment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in education or a related field is preferred.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are essential.
