We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, defining problems, proposing and refining solutions, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct requirement analysis workshops to develop project or program backlogs.
- Document epics and user stories with wireframes and acceptance criteria.
- Develop functional specifications that business teams sign off on and development teams use as the baseline for technical specifications.
- Support development and test teams during estimation, development, and testing phases.
- Own the initial sign-off of development activities in SIT to ensure they meet expected business requirements.
- Conduct show-and-tell sessions after each development phase.
- Support business user acceptance testing and defects triage processes.
- Support hypercare phases post go-live.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce working in an integrated CRM ecosystem.
- Good customer interfacing and communication skills.
- Ability to attend and understand requirement workshops with customers and provide SFDC solutions on Salesforce.
- Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud (Email Marketing, Journey Builder, and AmpScripts).
