About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Young Person's Resilience Worker to join our team. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide screening, assessment, and psychosocial interventions to support young people's treatment journey
  • Identify and respond effectively to potential safeguarding issues
  • Work with young people to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm and promote positive, holistic outcomes
  • Provide advocacy for access to partnership services and support carer, service user, and community involvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver service objectives and maintain a highly cooperative approach
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience of working with young people and knowledge of the issues they face. You should have an excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding concerns in relation to children and young people and the Fraser Competence framework
  • Accomplished communicator with high degree of personal IT competency
  • Ability to accurately update and maintain records and work to deadlines
  • Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
