Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our client's team in Newbury. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the dealership's Aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience">
  3. Service Work Orders: Accurately complete service work orders, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards">
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturer updates and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products">
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the service team to achieve departmental goals and objectives">
  6. Customer Complaints: Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14-£16.50 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 47.5 hours per week. Overtime opportunities are also available.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 12 months' experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade">
  • Franchised dealer experience is desirable">
  • Kerridge or Pinnacle experience is advantageous">
  • A full UK driving license">
  • Excellent references from previous employers">
