IT Trainer & Process Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join our close-knit, friendly IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training, improving employee technical skills, and supporting the IT Director with various tasks to provide a smooth IT process for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify IT Training Needs: Analyze the technical skills gaps across all offices and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Design and Maintain Training Materials: Create and update training materials, user guides, and training videos to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  3. IT Induction Programme: Develop and deliver a comprehensive IT induction programme for new starters to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.
  4. Structured and Ad Hoc Training: Design and deliver a range of structured and ad hoc training opportunities to support employees at all levels across the business.
  5. IT Quality Standards: Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business.
  6. Business Process Documentation: Work with the IT Director and other members of the Digital Adoption Team to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology.
Requirements:
  1. IT Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Education: GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent.
  4. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  5. Customer Service: Good customer service skills.
  6. Legal Software: Working and support knowledge of legal software applications is desirable.

Work Location: In person, contracted office with ability to travel to other regional offices when required.
