IT Trainer & Process Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join our close-knit, friendly IT team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify IT training needs for all users across all offices and design effective training programs to meet these needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, user guides, and training videos to support employee technical skills development.
  • Deliver the IT Induction program for new starters and design and deliver a range of structured and ad-hoc training opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to users at all levels across the business on IT-related matters.
  • Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business.
  • Work with the IT Director and Digital Adoption Team to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the adoption of technology.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of IT packages such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
