We're seeking a passionate Adult Care Trainer to join our team, who will share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of care professionals.

The role involves working with adult care apprentices in their care homes and online, using industry knowledge to train and support them in their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality training and guidance to adult care apprentices
  • Meeting new apprentices and discussing their learning needs
  • Supporting apprentices with their functional skills, including English and maths
  • Visiting employers and providing feedback on their apprentices' skills
  • Developing relationships with employers in the area
  • Completing administrative and planning tasks using Google Suite and internal platforms
