**Expert Midwife Wanted for Maternity Services Team**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Band 6 Midwife to join our maternity services team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge base, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate theory to practice.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a robust induction package and rotational opportunities, allowing for a flexible balance between work and personal life.

You will also contribute to the recent implementation of the Birmingham Symptom Specific Obstetric Triage System (BSOTS), which prioritizes patient care based on clinical needs, ensuring the safety and well-being of mothers and children.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Midwife (NMC) with minimum 2 years' experience.
  • ENB 997/Teaching & Assessing or equivalent qualification.
