We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housing Options and Homeless Prevention Manager to join our team at Hatched Recruitment Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of our triage, prevention, and relief services, ensuring effective management of the Homeless Prevention Team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the service, working closely with social care services to support the move-on of families to suitable accommodation.
  • Manage and develop the Housing Options, Move-On, and Homeless Prevention Teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  • Represent the service at public and internal forums, promoting modern and professional service delivery.
  • Implement and embed relevant policies, strategic actions, and objectives within the operation of the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
