Property Manager

Moxie People is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in Slough and Ealing. As a key member of our property investment and service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing property investment, service, and inspection, as well as repairs for a designated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage property investment, planned works service, and inspection, and repairs for a designated portfolio.
- Undertake regular property inspections and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Collaborate with contractors and the Strategic Partnership Team to identify cost savings and deliver robust forecasts.
- Engage with housing/care operations teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing property activities in social housing, particularly within housing maintenance repairs or planned works.
- Proven experience interpreting operational data to inform service delivery planning.
- Significant experience in building pathology within a housing environment.
- Degree/HND in building surveying or construction-related qualification.
- Working towards MRICS or MCIOB status is desirable.
