Wellbeing Services Director

Job Summary:
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Fitness Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our fitness and wellbeing services, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our fitness and wellbeing services, including the management of staff, facilities, and resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our fitness and wellbeing services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our members and align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote our fitness and wellbeing services and attract new members.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our fitness and wellbeing services and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for our fitness and wellbeing services, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall financial goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our fitness and wellbeing team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver high-quality services to our members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness and wellbeing industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of our fitness and wellbeing services.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and resources.
